Student Edition of Vectorworks

If you’re a student, or faculty/staff at an educational institution, and have need for CAD software you might check to see if you’re eligible for a free copy of Nemetschek Vectorworks. I don’t know much about it yet, but I’m hoping to use it for some of the lighting designs I do. Linux Virtual Machine Tuning Guide Now Available

It’s been a while in the making, but I finally started consolidating all my Linux VM tuning notes into a single document for all to read: Linux Virtual Machine Tuning Guide. Significant Impact on Society

From the winter storm warning issued for southern Wisconsin: THIS WILL BE THE FIRST MAJOR WINTER STORM FOR WISCONSIN… AND WILL LIKELY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON SOCIETY.
