One of my coworkers insists on bringing and using his laptop to every meeting. He pays no attention and we often have to backtrack for him. I am starting to not even invite him to things anymore, because I don’t see the point.

Just like cell phone interfaces, car interfaces suck SOOOO BAD. Controls all over the place, hard to find, hard to use, hard to use while driving, etc.

Technorati was one of the underpinnings of the blogosphere, and now it’s dead or useless. For instance, I can’t tell who is linking to me, so I can’t have a conversation with them (or join theirs).

My prediction: these predictions are the dumbest things ever. Data centers will not become extinct, though we may see some consolidation of them to service providers/ISPs/colos, etc.

It’s usually a good idea to always join the line on the inside of a turn. So if all the lines turn left stay in the leftmost line.

Why won’t last.fm just work more on integration with Musicbrainz. They already do great work with the fingerprinting.
