It looks like Firefox 2.0 is getting copied to mirrors right now. Booya!
A huge thank you to everybody who worked on it. I’ve been using it since it was in alpha and I’m really happy with everything that got added (especially now that all the additions are stable!) 🙂
Two mirrors I know of are at TDS and the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Now the real question is, When will Seamonkey be updated?
I don’t use Seamonkey. When they say “all your Internet needs in one application” they really aren’t talking about me. IRC and news groups are so 1990, and no HTML editor can compete with Dreamweaver, so why even try?
I need an email client, RSS reader, IM client, and calendar application that work together, but they don’t need integration beyond being able to pass data between them nicely. For example, I’d like it if someone could email me a calendar entry.
I keep trying to use Firefox, and always end up back with Seamonkey. The only part of it I use is the browser, but for some reason I prefer the interface on it over Firefox.
