The software is available through VMware partners, yeah. It’s usually used as a consolidation estimation tool.

I’ve run into that sort of thing pretty often. (HP, for example).

I hate to say it, but in a couple cases I’ve opened up a ticket with the vendor, and escalated its. :-)

If we all did that, they’d figure it out eventually.
